Red + Wolf Paper Co. | The Hermit on Green Street
Red + Wolf Paper Co., an eco-friendly paper goods brand created by The Hermit on Green Street, is looking for a personable, reliable, and creative individual to run our booth at Boston-area markets, primarily the SoWa Art Market.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, independent role where you will manage all aspects of the booth, including setup, merchandising, sales, and breakdown. You will be representing a small, thoughtfully built brand centered around art, storytelling, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
• Transport inventory, tent, tables, and display materials to and from market
• Set up and merchandise the booth in a visually appealing way
• Engage with customers and share the story behind the brand
• Process sales throughout the day
• Break down and pack materials at the end of the market
Schedule
• Sundays: SoWa Art Market (approx. 9:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM)
• Optional Saturdays: Greenway Market or other local markets
Compensation
• $100–$110 day rate (depending on experience)
• Plus 10% commission on sales
• Most days range from approximately $120–$200 total earnings
Requirements
• Reliable vehicle large enough to transport tent, tables, and inventory (no small cars)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working independently and managing the booth solo
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Has an eye for merchandising and visual display
